About Me
Hi, I’m Tiffiny — a holistic therapist, nutritionist, and trauma-informed EFT and ADHD coach.
I work with people who are carrying a lot — emotionally, mentally, physically. Maybe you’ve felt anxious, stuck, exhausted, or like you’re always holding everything together for everyone else. I get it, because I’ve been there too.
The work I do isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level advice. It’s about healing the whole — gently, at your pace, with the support you deserve. I use tools like tapping (EFT), CBT, mindfulness, and holistic nutrition, all grounded in a trauma-aware approach. Everything we do is shaped around you — your energy, your story, your needs.
I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to help you come home to yourself — piece by piece, with care, compassion, and no pressure.
