I combine holistic tools like EFT tapping, nervous system regulation, sensory-friendly practices, and CBD support where appropriate, alongside deeper emotional work like Internal Family Systems (IFS). The goal isn’t to fix you – it’s to support you in feeling safer, calmer, and more understood in your own mind and body.
