This is a space where everything I offer – from holistic therapy to energy work, nutrition, EFT, coaching, lifestyle guidance, and more – is woven together in a way that makes sense for you. There’s no template, no pressure to “get it right,” and no expectation that you need to know exactly what you need. We figure that out together.

This service doesn’t follow a set path – we combine anything from my toolkit (therapy, coaching, nutrition, energy work, etc.) into a plan that’s 100% yours.

Do I need to know what I want to work on?

Not at all. We’ll explore that together. This space is ideal for people who feel stuck, scattered, or unsure where to begin.

Can the plan change over time?

Absolutely. Your needs aren’t static, so your support shouldn’t be either. We’ll check in regularly and adjust as needed.

Is this suitable for neurodivergent or highly sensitive clients?

Yes. This is one of the most adaptable options I offer – we build around your energy, needs, and preferences, with full flexibility.
