The Story Behind the Work

I didn’t set out to become a therapist – life gently guided me here.
Over the past decade, I’ve walked a personal healing path: studying, growing, helping others, and searching for ways to feel whole again.

That journey took me around the world, immersing myself in both traditional and modern wellness practices, not just to learn them, but to live them.

I discovered that real healing isn’t about ticking boxes or achieving perfection. It’s about feeling seen, heard, and supported, especially when you don’t know what comes next.

Everything I’ve gathered through experience and training, I now bring into the space I hold for others, not as someone with all the answers, but as someone who gets it.
This work is more than a profession, it’s personal. It’s purpose.

My mission is simple: to offer a space where you don’t have to pretend you’re okay.
Healing doesn’t need to be perfect or polished – it just needs to be real, human, and yours.

Over the past ten years, I’ve explored a wide range of therapeutic approaches, from holistic nutrition and life coaching to energy work and EFT tapping.
I combine those tools into something practical and personal, so you feel supported without pressure, seen without judgment, and gently guided back to yourself.

My vision is to create a space that feels like home, especially for those who are tired of doing it all alone.
Here, small steps are enough. And you’re met with warmth, care, and clarity.

That’s why I take a multimodal approach, offering trauma-informed, neurodivergent-aware, and whole-person-centered care.

What kind of support do you offer?

I offer a mix of emotional support, practical coaching, and holistic guidance. This includes tools like EFT, CBT-style mindset work, lifestyle shifts, and grounded conversations to help you move through stress, burnout, ADHD challenges, anxiety, and more – all tailored to your pace.

Do I need to have a diagnosis or specific issue to work with you?

Not at all. Some people come in with a clear goal, others just know something doesn’t feel right. You’re welcome here either way.

How do the sessions work?

We start with a connection – either by message or call, so I can understand what you’re looking for. From there, we decide what kind of support suits you best, and whether you’d like a one-off session, ongoing work, or something more flexible.

Is this therapy or coaching?

It’s a blend of both, depending on your needs. I’m not here to diagnose or treat in a clinical sense, but to walk alongside you with tools that support your emotional and mental well-being in a real-world, down-to-earth way.
